Enter a user name in the ‘User name’ field. The user name allows

alphabet letters only. You can enter a user name in a PC Expanion.

You cannot enter a password in a PC Expanion. Since a password is

private profile information, PC Expanion cannot save the

information. Click the <OK> button to save the settings and click

the <Save> button to finish the setting.

Click the “OK” button.

Go to <Start> ▶ <All Programs> ▶ <NCT-2000-XP> ▶ <NCT-

2000-XP Console>. Go to <Hardware Settings (Local/LAN)> ▶

Select <UTMA/UTSA Devices> and then double-click the desired

PC Expanion.

How to set in the NCT-2000-XP console

Click the <Connection Settings> in

the “UTMA/UTSA Device Overview”

window.

Select the host PC that is connected to

the PC Expanion in the “UTMA-/UTSA-

Server Connection list.” Then click

<Edit> button.

Type the user name and the

password in the “Edit Connection

Profile” window.
